A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of homeland reserve forces.

A. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant, at around 10:30 on September 3, 2014, was unable to participate in the training without justifiable grounds, even though he/she directly received a notice of convening the homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 3537 unit commander of the Army, to participate in the second supplementary training conducted at the training site of the Nogsan High Reserve Forces located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on September 19, 2014.

B. From October 13, 2014 to October 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Establishment of Homeland Reserve Forces Act (hereinafter “Defendant”) around 10:30 on September 25, 2014.

From October 13, 2014 to October 15, 2014, the notice of convening the homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of 3537 military units was delivered to the Army to participate in the second supplementary training conducted at the training site for the aged and the same training site, and on October 16, 2014, and on October 17, 2014, the second supplementary training for the aged and the second supplementary training (second half and second half) conducted at the same training site was sent to the Army without good cause.

C. From November 17, 2014 to November 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Establishment of Homeland Reserve Forces Act (hereinafter “Defendant”) around 11:00 on October 27, 2014.

From November 17, 2014 to November 19, 2014, the notice of convening the homeland reserve forces training in the name of the third unit commander of 3537 military units was delivered to the Army to participate in the second supplementary training conducted at the training site for the old and old union members, and on November 20, 2014, and on November 21, 2014, the second supplementary training conducted at the training site for the old and old union members, and the second supplementary training conducted at the same training site, and on November 21, 2014.
