A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 7, 2018, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around D convenience points operated by the Victim C (Woo, 46 years of age) who is a birth in North Korea, (b) around 15:42, 2018; (c) however, the Defendant: (a) held that “the Defendant was at the convenience store, because he/she went to B; (d) he/she made a call to go to the convenience store because he/she refused it; (b) however, he/she took care of the finger, which is a dangerous object used in B’s hand on the ground that he/she refused it; and (c) caused the Defendant to take care of the victim, thereby making it difficult for the victim to know the number of days of treatment.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. On April 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:10, at the residence of the Defendant’s father G located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Defendant: (b) brought the gasoline in a warehouse in order to put the Defendant’s siblings into his house on a house on the ground that the Defendant’s penal agents do not gather well; and (c) sent a phone call to the Defendant “Ilk and put the gasoline in his house, and then sent it into the ward,” and the Defendant’s Ha filed 112 report.
