A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with C, recruited a person to lend the name of the representative director, established a term “old-age corporation” under the name of the juristic person, issued a passbook in the name of the juristic person to sell it to a third party, brought D into the representative director for the establishment of a floating company E, F, G, etc. as the introduction of D, and then, upon introduction of F, brought H B, I, and J, etc. into the name of the representative director for the establishment of a floating company.

1. An event, such as a false electronic record, and a false electronic record;

A. (2) On December 11, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with C and D, entered into a false statement with the Suwon District Court’s Sungnam District Court’s Branch registration division located in Sungnam-si as of December 11, 2015, stating, “D” for business purposes, “D” for inside directors, “K” for audit and inspection, and “No. 1226-34 building N in the branch of Sungnam-si in Gyeonggi-do.”
