A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2013. 3. 24. 03:30경 수원시 팔달구 B 2층에 있는 ‘C주점’ 복도에서 피해자 D(여, 28세)이 화장실에 갔다가 방으로 들어가는 모습을 보고 술에 취해 피해자의 오른 손목을 강제로 잡아당기며 자신의 방으로 끌고 갔고, 위 노래방 종업원인 피해자 E(19세)이 이를 제지하자 주먹으로 피해자 E의 배 부위를 1회 때리고 발로 피해자 E의 왼쪽다리를 1회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant committed each of the following acts: (a) salt and tensions of the bones of wood, which requires 14-day treatment to the victim D; and (b) the victim E, the left-hand knee, which requires 14-day treatment.

2. On March 24, 2013, at around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) received a report at the same place as Paragraph (1) and attempted to take a bath to the police officer F, who called “influence,” and attempted to flee from the elevator; (b) the Defendant kept the face of F one time by drinking it; and (c) cut the F’s neck over the front floor.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.

3. Damage to public goods;

A. At around 04:20 on March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the ground of paragraphs 1 and 2 in front of Suwon-si B, and was on the back seat of the patrol vehicle, the Defendant damaged the patrol vehicle, which is a public object, by opening the window and door of the vehicle on several occasions on the left side of the patrol vehicle, on the ground that he was arrested.

B. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at around 04:30, and was carried out with an I police box located in H in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and was waiting in the Defendant’s seat, saying, “the Defendant has taken off a person without a crime” while waiting in the Defendant’s seat, and walking with a civil petitioner’s secret tag installed in the police box at several times to walk with a hole.
