Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

At around 3:50 on April 20, 2020, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol, which is about 12 km from the Do in front of Busan, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the road in front of the 877 East Seas, with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.10%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving) is a person engaged in driving a DWD car.

At the above time and place, the Defendant driven a car while under influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%, and proceeded to the side of the parallel distance from the side of the Bupyeong-Namn Station.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury, such as dump dume, tension, etc., which requires two-day medical treatment to the victim E and the victim G, and the victim I (the age of 21) who was on the back of K5-si, in need of two-day medical treatment.
