All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The class of Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) related to the registration of multi-level marketing salespersons (hereinafter “multi-level marketing salesperson”) is divided into eight stages, such as the members (sast interview), posters, and sludge, the throids, the throids, the multi-level marketing organization may be established by means of joining the business counterpart as members of the instant company (sast interview; hereinafter “sast interview”) even if any person does not directly purchase goods.

Since it is not necessarily necessary to purchase goods to be a saved interview, the Defendants cannot be deemed to have taken the burden of purchasing excessive goods, etc. to a person who intends to become a salesperson on the condition of registration of multi-level marketing salespersons

(2) The class of “masters” if the DNA interviewer of the instant company, which is a multi-level marketing salesperson related to the increase in class, purchases goods equivalent to 2.2 million PV or 4.5 million PV, and even if the goods are not directly purchased, if the sales performance of the DNA interviewer and the assistant multi-level marketing salesperson reach 1.8 million PV, the DNA interviewer shall be deemed to be the class of “masters.”
