Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for six months, and the execution shall be suspended for one year from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Air Quality Conservation Act is a person who operates a car plate and painting business called “C” in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Any person who intends to install or operate a business using emission facilities shall obtain permission or report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority on October 26, 2017, at around 10:58, up to 39.8 cubic meters in the painting facility (2.5m X, X 5.9m high 2.7m high), carried out an operation with one telecom shower (1.5m high) of the telecom presses, and sealed the part of the driver’s seat of the car at the D mother and nbb.

In addition, the Defendant used emission facilities without reporting until December 5, 2017.

2. Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, on October 26, 2017, the Defendant conducted an unregistered motor vehicle management business without registering the vehicle management business to the head of the competent Gu, by displaying and maintaining the vehicles requested by the non-registered customers in the above workplace from October 26, 2017 to December 5, 2017, including attaching seals on the part of the driver’s seat of the car at Dratf site at the “C” place of business listed in paragraph (1) around October 10:58.
