Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on January 15, 2013, the Defendant tried to arbitrarily bring back the paper books kept therein while being designated as another living room and moving the living room to another living room.

Therefore, while explaining that the teacher who has kept safe guard of the defendant was kept in each ward, he instructed the defendant to keep him in the ward. However, the defendant continued to bring him in the paper book while refusing to do so, and the defendant interfered with the execution of duties concerning the safe guard of the correctional officer by taking the hand floor of B on one occasion.
