A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant driving a B-learning car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the port medical aircraft located in the north-gu death road at the port of port on March 21, 2017 to the front road of the 2-1 North-gu Mag-gu Mag-ro, at the port of port.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of Cat 100 Oral Ba (100CC) where no license plate is attached.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on April 9, 2017, the Defendant, at around 21:00, driven a motor device license on the front side of the glock 408-ro 407, Plue-si, Plue-ro, Alcheon-ro, Alcheon-ro, 339, without obtaining a motor device license from around 3km section to the front side of the 3km Plue-ro, Alcheon-ro, Alcheon-ro, Gak-ro, Gak-si, and without being covered by the mandatory insurance.
