Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:05 on August 2, 2017, the Defendant was seated in the seat of the victim B (25 years old) in subway (2 lines) that passed the diving station located underground in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (b) was seated above the buckbucks to the right side of the victim; and (c) was able to commit an indecent act against the victim in means of public transportation by means of using the buckbucks.

From August 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:43, 2017, the 2017 top class 6968 of the 2017 top class 201:21:43, the Defendant pushed the victim D (19 years of age) and the victim E (18 years of age) in a double hand, tightly pushed the victim D's spacks of the victim D; (b) the victim E spacks the victim D's right end by drinking; (c) the victim E spacks it twice; (d) the victim E spacks the victim E on drinking; (d) the victim E spacks the victim’s face by drinking; (e) the victim’s back part and the back part of the victim E spacked by walking the victim’s back to the right side; and (e) the victim’s ps wing the victim’s damage.
