A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2015, at around 20:40 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant, upon the report of the victim C (n, 56 years of age), was accused of assaulting the victim by the “E multi-face” operated by the victim D, E., and became subject to investigation by the Leecheon Police Station, and became the victim’s awareness.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. The defendant who intrudes a room shall be subject to No. 1-C.

After threatening the victim at the time, place, as mentioned above, it was difficult to enter the inside room in which the victim and the multiple workers are employed as a resting place. Accordingly, the Defendant invaded into the victim’s room.

4. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (defluence, etc.) and the victim of around 16:05, the Defendant was the police.
