Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) are those who are engaged in the operation of CM5 automobiles.

On June 19, 2013, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license at around 23:15 on June 19, 2013, and turned ahead of the Seogsan-dong 1404-8 Western-dong, Ulsan-dong, into the bank of the Dong Dong Residents' Center at the shooting distance of the Ulsan-Gun Office.

B. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the police station to make a statement to the effect that, as described in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle on the cell phone B of June 2013 in order to conceal the fact that he/she caused a traffic accident while driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license; and (b) requested the driver to make a statement to the police station.
