1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 18,508,950 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 17, 2014 to October 27, 2016.
Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: Gap evidence 2, Gap evidence 4, Eul evidence 8, Eul evidence 3-1 to 6, Eul evidence 3-1 to 3-2, Eul evidence 3-2, the witness Eul's testimony, the witness Eul's testimony, the court's entrustment of physical examination to the original family school of this court, and the whole purport of the arguments. The defendant's partial examination result does not seem to go against this, and there is no counter-proof.
At around 21:00 on December 17, 2014, the Plaintiff sought the location of the toilets from the Defendant in order to put the meals into the toilets while serving in the E restaurant operated by the Defendant in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun (hereinafter “instant restaurant”).
B. The Defendant opened a door to the Plaintiff and opened it on the right-hand side, and the Plaintiff opened a glass door near the day (hereinafter “instant entrance”) at the entrance of the instant restaurant and opened it into the underground room.
C. On the entrance of the instant case, the name of “E” is written, and the food of the instant restaurant is written under the statement of “Gragle,” and there is a spaw from the door below the entrance of the instant restaurant. Accordingly, the Plaintiff, while opening the entrance of the instant case and leaving the underground room, did not turn down, vadle down below the strong stairs of vadi.
