A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall extend, remodel, or rebuild the total floor area of not more than 85 square meters without reporting to the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, on May 2015, the Defendant newly built a wooden house of 48.2 square meters on the land of Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon, without reporting to the head of the competent Gu.
