Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the following narcotics were treated as follows:

[2019Gohap907] The Defendant and B stayed in the Republic of Korea around April 2019, while staying in the Republic of Korea, B conspired to distribute and sell them in Korea if the Defendant sent them to the Republic of Korea in Japan, such as marijuana and lsD, while staying in Korea.

1. On July 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) concealed three marijuana cart storages in the catus paper in the catus paper with a vinyl paper; (b) entered the paper box into the recipient “B”, “Gank-gu C, D”, and “E” with the recipient’s contact address; (c) sent the paper to the Republic of Korea using an international special invoice; and (d) the said international special invoice arrived at the Incheon Jung-dong Incheon Incheon National Port on July 24, 2019 with F around 11:10.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in Japan.

2. On July 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) concealed Chapter Ten of lsD 10 in a postal bag; (b) stated them as the addressee “B”; (c) Gwww Bank-gu C, D; and (d) the addressee’s contact address; and (b) sent them to the Republic of Korea using international mail; and (c) on July 24, 2019, the said international mail arrived at the port of supply of the Jung-gu Incheon Incheon Port of Korea.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant imported lsD in Japan.

3. On August 8, 2019, the Defendant, in collusion with B, possessed marijuana for the purpose of sale by subdividing approximately 178.4g of marijuana into a small vinyl package for the purpose of sale at the residence of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C and D, and storing it by dividing it into a small vinyl package.

[2019 Manhap1043] The Defendant, on May 2019, posted about 0.2g of marijuana to the pipe connected to the snivers of free disease in the room located within the Defendant’s residence in the Gu of the Gu of the Republic of Korea, during the middle of May, 2019.
