1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,480,574,322 and KRW 500,000 among them, with full payment from August 2, 2016.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and all pleadings, (1) the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund transferred the above amount to Eul Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "B") on July 31, 199, and (2) on credit guarantee amount of KRW 72,50,00 (hereinafter referred to as "credit guarantee of this case"), and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund subrogated to the plaintiff 72,107,839 won in accordance with the above credit guarantee agreement, it filed a lawsuit claiming that the above amount should be paid to the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund as a joint and several surety for the above amount of money for 20.3 billion won and the above amount of money for 1,956,747,310 won and 72,107,839 won as of July 19, 2006, and 2000 won as of May 13, 201 to 205.
