When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a 10-meter motor vehicle from the front of the multi-household housing located in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon 20-ro 8 Hambro 20 (Training Dong) in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%, to the front of the sea farm located in the same 18-lane 4-gil (Training Dong-dong).
