1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and the said real estate from February 1, 2018.

Description of Claim

On September 15, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant for a deposit of KRW 3 million, monthly rent of KRW 250,000, and the term of lease from September 27, 2017 to September 26, 2018.

The defendant does not pay rent from February 2018.

The Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the above lease agreement on the grounds of two or more teas, and accordingly, sought unjust enrichment equivalent to the unpaid rent or rent from February 1, 2018 to February 250, 2018.
