1. The Defendant’s District Court Decision 2014Reu293 (Mains) and 2015Reu61 (Counterclaim) rendered on September 30, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 17, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking divorce, designation of a custodian, etc. in the Chuncheon District Court’s original branch, and appealed against the judgment rendered on October 17, 2014 (2013Ddan10505). In the above appellate court, the Plaintiff added a solatium and a claim for child support, and filed a counterclaim against the Defendant. On September 30, 2016, the said appellate court rendered a judgment that the judgment of the first instance, including a claim added by the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s counterclaim (2014Res. 293 (Main), 2015Res. 61 (Counterclaim), hereinafter referred to as the “instant divorce judgment”) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 26, 2016.

In accordance with the principal lawsuit, the plaintiff and the defendant shall be divorced.

B. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 1,00,000 consolation money with 5% interest per annum from December 5, 2013 to September 30, 2016, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.
