1. The defendant is an urban residential house and officetel in Seongdong-gu Seoul and five parcels.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s business of constructing urban-type residential housing and officetels on the five parcels outside Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant business”).
