The defendant is the driver of a enclosed and third cargo vehicle.

On January 4, 2016, around 14:23, the Defendant was driving the truck with approximately 0.056% alcohol level in a section of about 1km to the front of the budget culture center located in the 14:26th of the same day, from around the 1km of the budget culture center located in the Donwon in the Eup market located in the Donwon budget Eup of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget, the Defendant was driving the truck at around 0.056% of alcohol level in blood.
