The first instance court.

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is that “60 million won” of the second sentence No. 18 of the judgment of the court of first instance is “16,212,260 won,” and the main part of the fourth to fifth is the same as the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case where each part of the first to fifth is dismissed as described in the following paragraph (2). Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The part of the appeal (the first instance court's ruling dismissing I's claim on December 4, 2013, and the second instance court's ruling dismissed I's claim on December 4, 2013, and the third instance court's ruling against the defendant, the first instance court's argument that the plaintiff and H was the time of trial of the plaintiff and the first instance was the time of trial of the plaintiff, ② the second instance court's claim against the defendant in this case as the court's 2013dada29661, and ② the first instance court's claim against the defendant in this case as the court's 40 million won (the second instance court's claim against the defendant that set the deposit of the second instance as the deposit of the 40 million won and the second instance court's claim against the defendant that the defendant was leased of the deposit of the first instance court's 130 million won) which became final and conclusive as the date for pleading, and the second instance court's lawsuit against the defendant in this case was acknowledged as the withdrawal of the first instance.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
