According to each description of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the facts of the reasons for the claim are recognized.

Although the defendant has a defense to the effect that he/she should first claim the performance of his/her obligation to B and his/her family members, the defendant who is a joint and several surety is not entitled to the highest and search right (Article 437 of the Civil Act) acknowledged to the guarantor, so the defendant's defense is groundless

Therefore, we decide to accept the plaintiff's claim and it is so decided as per Disposition.
