Punishment of the crime

From July 14, 2014 to August 27, 2015, the Defendant opened an online gambling place, “D,” “D,” which was provided by the VPN network, in Busan-dong Office C 303, Busan-dong Office, and installed a facility to enable its members to access the pro-friendly game provided by the VPN network (www. hangme.co.jp). The Defendant recruited customers by soliciting customers, and filled money at the rate of 10:1 by receiving gambling funds from their customers, and filled the money at the rate of 10:1,00,000.
