Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a sealed truck B.

On June 14, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant tried to change the two-lanes into two-lanes, while driving ahead of the Hanil Hospital into one-lanes of future children's hospital located in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan City, along the one-lanes of future children's hospital.

In the case of changing a lane, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by clearly avoiding the traffic situation of the lane to be changed and by safely notifying the direction of the direction in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and instead changed the two lanes, and instead changed the two lanes to the other two lanes, and received the said part of the left side of the D Launa car owned by the victim C, and was placed in front of the right side of the truck.

Ultimately, the Defendant did not take necessary measures against the victim due to the above occupational negligence even though he damaged the amount equivalent to KRW 1,141,49, such as the left side of the said rocketing car.
