Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2015, at around 04:05, the Defendant driven a BM5 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.166% in the section of the 41km in the middle of Gwangju-gu from the front of a restaurant where it is impossible to know the trade name in front of the gold-gu elementary school located in the Seo-gu Pambro, Gwangju-gu to the front of the bend-ro 1 to the bend-ro 21-ro in the south-gu, Gwangju-gu.
