A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:10 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a bath and verbal abuse to “I will die without finding out the capital again; (b) the Defendant’s face was taken once more than once again with the body of the victim; and (c) the victim C (the age of 43) who is the spouse of the Defendant lent the capital (to travel) to the enemy with the mother of the Defendant, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 43) was on the ground that he lent the capital (to travel) to the enemy with the mother of the Defendant; and (d) took a bath and verbal abuse to “I will die without taking out the capital again; and (e) took a dangerous object (the total length of 30 cm, 17 cm length) by sealing the victim’s body on several occasions, such as the number of days of medical treatment and the victim’s injury on several occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
