Punishment of the crime

On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) conspired with, and operated an online gambling site that provides illegal gambling, such as sackers, sacksaws, and Baduk; (b) provided organizations, such as “stores”, “a total board”, and “operators”; (c) provided customers who directly discovered “stores” through the Internet or customers who access the said game site via the Internet with no rating; and (d) provided illegal gambling games, such as “Woos,” and “Woos,” and conspired to open gambling spaces in order by exchanging the outcome acquired as a result thereof in cash.

The Defendant, in collusion with his name-free boxes, etc. from January 2015 to July 27, 2016, in operating the “Gland” game site, from around January 2015 to around July 2016, the Defendant: (a) provided such gambling games to his name-free gambling actors; (b) deposited cash into the account designated at a place, etc. disadvantageous to his name-free; and (c) had five gambling players receive deposit of money to his own cyber money; and (d) selected five gambling players receive four copies of each card with each card and suspended the game three times; and (e) a person who made a pattern and number different from that of his/her name and repeated the card; and (e) a person who acquired cyber money in cash by acquiring the entire cyber money in a way that he/she acquired during the process.

As a result, the Defendant opened a space for gambling in collusion with infinites, and received a total of KRW 22,941,744,090 from gambling actors, and provided cyber money, and did not receive the rating.
