[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, along with Vietnam’s nationality C, D, E, etc., and the number of people staying in the Republic of Korea by drawing up at around 19:00 each day at the gambling site of F, Defendant A, using a numeral association, to invite people staying in the Republic of Korea and select money among two or three jobs, and to make them engage in gambling in a way of receiving money according to the prescribed ratio if the public association is identical. The Defendant, as an intermediate recruitment book, intended to take the role of delivering the money that the lower recruitment book is collected to the upper recruitment book.

Accordingly, the Defendant recruited Vietnam from October 16, 201 to November 30, 2011, and caused them to receive the number of their choice using a mobile phone, and then remitted the money to one bank account in the name of attached Table 1, such as remittance of the money to 32,387,90 won in total over 30 times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, and divided the money according to the result.

In this way, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, etc., opened gambling for profit.

2. From March 8, 201 to October 17, 2011, Defendant B received the number of his choice from Suwon-si with five mobile phones, including G, etc., using a mobile phone, and thereafter, Defendant B sent a sum of KRW 12,200,000 over 35 occasions as indicated in the attached Table 2, such as granting a gold to A, and carried out the said rocketing gambling.
