Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, etc. at the Busan District Court Seo branch on July 23, 2018, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2018.
