The defendant shall receive on September 24, 2001 from the Daejeon District Court's Bohyeong registry office with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Indication of Claim: The defendant completed provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer, which was completed on September 24, 2001 on the real estate stated in the separate sheet by the Daejeon District Court Boba registry office of the Daejeon District Court on September 24, 2001. However, this agreement was concluded by means of false declaration of conspiracy and thus the provisional registration was cancelled at any time upon the plaintiff's request. The plaintiff notified the termination of the contract by delivery of a copy of the complaint
