The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 7 million from the victim to the D Bank (E) account under the name of the Defendant on the same day as the prepaid deposit account.

2. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “the Defendant calls to the victim G to move an article at a place where the location is unknown,” and “the money is needed to move an article.”

However, even if the defendant receives the advance payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to work on board H.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 3 million from the victim to the above D bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day prepaid account.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 10 million from the victim twice.
