All appeals filed by the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the principal office.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a company running the electric design and supervision business, and the Defendant is a company running the indoor building and design business.
B. The Defendant contracted the interior works with D’s government points, D’s monopoly points, D’s book-keeping points, D’s book-keeping points (hereinafter “D’s government points, etc.”) within the scope of main construction works. The Defendant drafted and implemented each electrical design drawings for the Defendant’s interior works, such as D’s book-keeping points, etc.
C. The Plaintiff prepared each electrical design drawing concerning interior works of E stores, D Yang-ju points, D Ilsan points, and D Gangnam points (hereinafter “E stores, etc.”). D.
On January 29, 2018, the Plaintiff sent a written estimate to the Defendant that “to provide F Points’ electricity, fire-fighting, communications design, and machinery and equipment services to KRW 4,400,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply).” On April 30, 2018, the Defendant paid KRW 3,300,000 to the Plaintiff.

E. On February 5, 2018, the Plaintiff sent a written estimate to the Defendant stating that “the total floor area is different from each store: the service period: from February 2, 2018; the service scope: electricity, fire-fighting, telecommunications design, machinery and equipment, service cost: KRW 4,500,000 (excluding value-added tax).” On September 10, 2018 and October 16, 2018, the Plaintiff claimed service payment as indicated below.
F. On June 30, 2018, the Plaintiff issued an electronic tax invoice on each of the electrical design service charges for G stores and H stores as Defendant, and each of the electronic tax invoices on E stores, etc. on October 1, 2018, D’s government stores, and F stores, and the aforementioned electronic tax invoice on each of the electrical design service charges.
