Accordingly, the Defendants submitted to the Small and Medium Business Administration a business plan under the name of I to develop technology through the instant task project to the Victim Small and Medium Business Administration, and the Victim Small and Medium Business Administration shall pay the total project cost of KRW 61 million (including KRW 21 million) for the purpose of promoting the instant task project.

However, in fact, I, as a company processing automobile or building hosting films, did not have the intent or ability to carry out the instant task project or pay self-charges, and did not meet the preconditions for selection as a subsidized business operator at L, thereby carrying out the instant task project.
