1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 100,000,000, and each of them shall be from October 1, 201 to August 29, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 24, 201, the Plaintiffs, and 20 others entered into a contract with the Gyeonggi-do Forest G 33,623 square meters of G, Gwangju-si (hereinafter “instant land”) for the purchase of 13,100 square meters of G, G, 33,623 square meters for the business of constructing Bara (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On May 25, 2011, the Plaintiffs concluded a contract with the Defendants on May 25, 201 with regard to the land of five parcels, including the land No. 1 and H, I, the former 1,090 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land No. 2”), J, and K, 657.6 square meters prior to K (hereinafter “the instant land No. 3”).
The main contents are as follows:
