Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3)1 of the same Act: The Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 11, 2015, which is the date of tort, to the date of full payment. However, the damages for delay caused by tort is equivalent to the statutory interest rate under the Civil Act.
