A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bchip car.

On October 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on October 21, 2014, and moved from the middle East-gu, Daegu to the fourth west-dong along the alley-dong.
