1. The Defendant’s KRW 90,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from April 6, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment. However, as the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019, pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, where the pleading is concluded after May 31, 2019, the annual interest rate of 15% under the previous provisions is applied until May 31, 2019, and from June 1, 2019, the interest rate of 12% per annum under the amended provisions shall be paid.
