A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc. and damage, etc. to property);

A. On June 8, 2015, at around 06:25, the Defendant laid down the bricks, which are dangerous objects of the windows of the above PC without any justifiable reason, at the housing parking lot behind the “EPC” building operated by the victim D, located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, and destroyed approximately KRW 250,000 of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.

B. On June 8, 2015, around 06:30 on June 8, 2015, the Defendant laid down the bricks, which are dangerous objects of the windows of the above church without any justifiable reason, at the housing parking lot located behind the building “GGGGGGGG” operated by the victim F of the victim F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Building, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and broken down two copies of the glass windows equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.

C. On June 9, 2015, around 09:10 on June 9, 2015, the Defendant, at the housing parking lot located behind the “G church” building operated by the victim F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, left the windows of the above church without any justifiable reason, laid off the bricks, which are dangerous objects, and broken down approximately KRW 1.90,00 of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed the property of others.

On June 20, 2015, the Defendant collected the bricks, which are dangerous goods, from the windows of the above church without any reason, from the residential parking lot behind the “G church” building operated by the victim F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. On June 20, 2015, the Defendant damaged two copies of the glass windows equivalent to 100,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.

E. On July 12, 2015, around 15:07, the Defendant was on the rooftop of the Defendant’s residential building located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul H and 302, and on the victim J in the same Gu I’s residential building.
