B A is a person who has operated a marina business with the trade name "E" in Osan City C and D, and the defendant A is a person who has been in charge of a carter business as an employee of the above business.

On August 14, 2018, at around 22:22, Defendant A conspired to receive KRW 70,000 from two enforcement officers who control the most likely to be customers and provided them to marina rooms per capita with the price of sexual traffic, and then, Defendant A introduced F and G, a female employee of Chinese nationality, into the marina room.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
