Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000,000 from the Daegu District Court Port Branch on April 1, 2008 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court Port Branch on November 3, 2008.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a set of automobiles B.

On February 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of 0.233% alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license from the southdo commercial road located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do at the port on February 19, 2013, and proceeded from the same company room to the area of this hospital.

Since the location is in the vicinity of an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed and drive safely by taking into account well the right and the right of way.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and led the Defendant to go at the front of the same lane while driving normally due to influence of alcohol as above, and led the Defendant to take part of the victim C (W, 28 years old) driver car backer part of the victim C (W, 28 years old) driver car in the same lane as the front driver part of the above passenger car. Accordingly, the Defendant got the victim E(S 41 years old) driver in the atmosphere who is signaled to the front part of the E-W car to the front driver part of the E-W driver.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim E, injury to the scopical base, and scopical base in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, injury to the scopic scopical base in need of medical treatment, injury to the scopic scopical base in need of medical treatment for about two weeks to the scopic victim H (5 years of age), and injury to the left-hand scopic base in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.
