A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is widely known as “F” in C religious organization D, the temple affiliated with C religious organization “D”, in Kim Sea-si.

1. Matters concerning the evasion of tax on earned income accrued in the year 2011;

A. A. Around December 2011, the Defendant related to F issued a false donation receipt of KRW 1,80,000 to G that DF received a donation of KRW 1,80,000 from the said G, and H evaded an amount of KRW 1,176,483 on or around May 31, 2012 by receiving the said donation receipt and using it in an application for income deduction at the end of the year 2011, as well as evading approximately KRW 1,176,483 of earned income tax from around 361 times in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), from that time, 361 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (amount of donation of KRW 594,105,00).

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with H, evaded taxes by fraud or other illegal means.

B. Around December 2011, the Defendant related to I issued a false receipt of KRW 1,90,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,00).

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J et al., evaded taxes by fraud or other illegal means.

2. Matters concerning the evasion of tax on earned income accrued in the year 2012;

A. F-related Defendant: (a) around December 2012, 201, issued a false receipt of KRW 1,650,000 of the KRW 1,650,000 of the gift to H that DF received a donation of KRW 1,650,00 from the said H, to H who did not actually pay the donation from the said F; and (b) H.
