A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years, for a short term of one year and six months, and for a fine of 300,000 won.

The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

1. The Defendant was enrolled in the third year of Chigh School in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and stolen D, E and motor vehicles, which are the latter fluor, and has taken place.
