Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a commercial entertainment business establishment of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ktel 802, 806, 1101, and 1817 on the leased terms and conditions as “C”. The Defendant, by telephone and message, intended to guide customers to the location of the chemical and the above officetels, to exercise overall control over the operation of the business establishment, and L and M employed by the Defendant as the head of the office in the vicinity of the above officetel, to take charge of guiding customers to the business establishment in the officetel, or cleaning the business establishment in the officetel.

around 17:00 on February 15, 2016, the Defendant received 140,000 won via L from male customers whose name cannot be known in the vicinity of the above officetel, and arranged to communicate with N, a woman engaged in sexual traffic employed by the Defendant as well as arranging to communicate with N, a woman engaged in sexual traffic. From February 4, 2016 to February 15, 2016, the Defendant conspired with L and M for the business of arranging sexual traffic.
