Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2017, around 20:35, the Defendant driven a 5km section from the front of 645-11, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the front of the 16-gil 2, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, with approximately 5km from the front of the 2nd road, without a motor device bicycle driver's license.
