Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On August 19, 2014, at around 19:50, Defendant A, under the influence of alcohol in a large apartment with 106-dong 109-ro 5 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (56 years of age) and went through a dispute with the victim B (56 years of age) and was able to hear the victim’s desire from the victim due to drinking, and was frightening the victim’s face, Defendant A was faced with the victim’s eye and bridged with the snow of the treatment days.

2.
