A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant became aware of the victim’s cell phone numbers by arbitrarily searching for the name of a person from C with a person who has no relationship with the victim B (the name of the victim, the name of the person).

1. On January 21, 2020, the Defendant sent the images to the victim using the Defendant’s cell phone (F) from the male toilet in the e-mail “E” plant located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do, 2020, using the Defendant’s mobile phone (E) in order to see the Defendant’s sexual organ with the Defendant’s hand, thereby shaking the Defendant’s sexual organ with his hand.

2. On January 22, 2020, the Defendant sent images to the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1. On January 22, 2020, using the Defendant’s mobile phone at the same time as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1.

3. On January 22, 2020, at around 13:05, the Defendant sent images to the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) at the same place as indicated in the above 1. Paragraph (1) of this Article, using the Defendant’s mobile phone, thereby breaking the Defendant’s sexual organ with his/her hand.

4. On January 22, 2020, the Defendant sent to the victim the images showing the Defendant’s sexual character by posting a video call from the Defendant’s cell phone (F) at the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gun G around 2020.

5. On January 23, 2020, the Defendant sent images to the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) at the same place as indicated in the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1) at around 13:26, and sent the Defendant’s sexual organ to the victim with scambling the Defendant’s sexual organ with his hand.

6. On January 26, 2020, the Defendant sent images to the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) at the same place as indicated in the above 4. Paragraph (4) at the same time as the Defendant’s mobile phone, and sent the images showing the Defendant’s sex to the victim.

7. The Defendant 13:43 on January 29, 2020, using the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) at the same place as indicated in the above 1. Paragraph, thereby putting the Defendant’s video call to the said victim.
