1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 11, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract and entered into an insurance contract and entered into an insurance accident (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Plaintiff as follows (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”):

() The insurance contract of this case includes a special agreement that 20,000 won per day shall be paid in cases where the insured is subject to hospitalized treatment due to an injury or disease during the insurance period, and one million won per case in cases where he/she undergoes surgery due to a 16-year disease. He/she shall be paid KRW 1,000 per case. He/she shall be paid KRW 1,000 per case: BO insurance: 37,000 for long-term comprehensive insurance premium: 37,000 won: 11. through November 11, 2009; 10,000 won in total for 10 days in cases where the insured is subject to hospitalized treatment due to an injury or disease during the insurance period, and 1,000 won in total for 16,000 won in cases where he/she was hospitalized from the hospital for 16,000 won in total for 18,000 won in cases of an injury or disease (20 years old).

B. The Defendant: (a) concluded 25 insurance contracts including the instant insurance contracts as the insured between August 31, 2002 and March 13, 2014 as follows; and (b) received the total sum of the insurance proceeds from the subscription insurers (the current 14 insurance contracts are being maintained, and the special agreement on the security for payment of the insurance proceeds for hospitalization is included in 11); and (c) received KRW 224,959,830 from the subscription insurers.
