Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where goods are damaged by traffic, such as driving of a vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act, the driver of the vehicle shall immediately stop the vehicle and take necessary measures;

Nevertheless, at around 01:00 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant driven a B B B B B B B, and driven a two-lane road in front of the Suwon-gu film zone at the jurisdiction of the Office of Education, along with one-laned side from the West-gu film zone at the jurisdiction of the Office of Education, and stopped rapidly, resulting in a traffic accident that conflicts with the amount of DNA-learning car driven by the victim C who is under way in the backside of the Defendant, and thereby, escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle so that the repair cost of the victim would amount to KRW 94,110, and without taking necessary measures.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) by the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing an act in the line of duty, while driving a soft vehicle while drinking alcohol at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article.

The defendant, at around 01:35 on the same day, at the Suwon-si Police Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 873-4, he was transferred a new disease to Suwon-si, and there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the defendant was driving while under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking smelling, etc. at the police station of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and requested the defendant to comply with a drinking test by inserting about 20 minutes in a drinking measuring instrument, but failed to comply with a police officer's request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
