On October 18, 2015, the Defendant damaged another’s property by shocking about KRW 211,00,00, the Defendant’s wife and the victim C (59 years) in front of the Busan Seodong-gu, Busan, on the ground that he drinks with the Defendant’s wife and the victim C (59 years of age) in late hours.
